Shipping & Returns


We will prepare your order within 3 business days (sometimes we have to sew them from scratch) and then we send it via Canada Post which takes 2-4 days within Ontario. Shipping to the rest of Canada may take up to 5 business days. If you're in a rush, let us know in the notes section upon checkout and we can send it by priority mail.
In Toronto? We can arrange to meet up as early as same day or we can hand-deliver it to you or leave it with your concierge.


We all change our minds. Our policy allows for 10 business days for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee we receive the item.
